Description
As a PMO Officer Medior, you will support the Central PMO within a major public-sector transformation initiative focused on strengthening Portfolio, Programme, Project and Product Management practices. You will contribute to the implementation of governance frameworks, standardized methodologies and modern PPM tooling across the organization.
You will help develop and improve project templates, reporting mechanisms, dashboards and portfolio prioritization approaches. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you will facilitate workshops, coordinate follow-up meetings and support the adoption of best practices based on PRINCE2 principles.
This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational maturity in project management within a large-scale environment. Candidates will collaborate with experienced professionals while supporting strategic initiatives that impact public services in Belgium.
